Fair and Responsible Recruitment

Adventus International GmbH is committed to fair, transparent and responsible recruitment of internationally qualified nursing professionals. Our policy statement is based on international human rights and labour standards and complies with the requirements of the German state quality seal “Fair Recruitment of Nurses Germany”.

Application

Submit your personal details, qualifications and professional experience. We review your profile carefully and contact you to discuss the next steps.

Language Training in the Country of Origin

If required, we connect you with one of our partner language schools in your homecountry. You prepare for German language certification up to level B2. This phase usually takes up to 12 months.

Introduction to Potential Employers

We present suitable job opportunities with employers in Germany. If there is mutual interest, online interviews are arranged so both sides can get to know each other.

Start of the Recognition and Visa Process

Once a suitable employer has been identified, we initiate the recognition procedure, including the assessment of qualifications and the visa application process.

Preparation for Arrival in Germany

After all official requirements have been fulfilled, we plan your entry to Germany together with you and your employer. We organize the flight and airport pickup, and the employer provides accommodation options.

Integration and Orientation

Arriving in Germany is just the beginning. We support you during your first steps, help you settle into your new environment and assist you in adapting to everyday life and work in Germany

Adaptation Measure or Knowledge Examination

If direct recognition is not possible, you take part in an adaptation programme or prepare for the knowledge examination as part of the recognition process. This phase usually takes around 7 to 9 months.

Full Recognition as a Nursing Professional

After successfully completing the required examination or adaptation measure, you receive your professional licence and are authorised to work as a qualified nursing professional in Germany.
